Davide Cornaggia
Born on July 10th 1981, attends 5th
year ag "Liceo" specializing in scientific studies. Practising kung-fu, he
obtained, some years ago, numerous successes at international level. Keen on music, he approaches jazz thanck
to friendship of Claudio Perelli that he undertakes with the study of trombone; since the
beginning he collaborates to the growth of Milano Hot Jazz Orchestra, until '97 he
becomes its member. Following years, he gets near tenor sax and clarinet, being
interested, mainly, in timbre of vintage instruments (selmer, coon): by unwonted use of
mouthpiece and tongue instruments, he contributes, with Claudio Perelli, in particoular
sonority of the Orchestra. After many performances at Capolinea, Scimmie and other italian
Jazz Club, he makes one's debut at Saint Raphael's Festival, where Milano Hot Jazz
Orchestra earns an enourmous success.
